  • Wade was at the USS Alabama Park in Mobile for the dedication of The War Dog Memorial Monument on Veterans Day November 11, 2008.

  • Wade was in Eclectic, AL on Saturday, November 8th, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at their annual Veteran's Day event.

  • Wade returned to Vietnam October 24, 2008 to November 3, 2008 with the Mission Vietnam / REAP Team.

  • Wade was in Montgomery, AL on October 2, 2008 to give a presentation on the Vietnam War to a gathering of History Teachers from all over the state of Alabama.

  • Wade gave a War Dog Presentation at the Florence - Lauderdale Public Library on September 14th, 2008 at 3:00PM. The Library is located at 350 North Wood Avenue; Florence, AL

  • Wade and Gail were at Eagle Summit Ranch in Westcliff, Colorado for a REAP Board Meeting and Mission Vietnam Reunion on September 10th - 13th, 2008.

  • Wade was at Spain Park in Birmingham, AL on May 31st, 2008. This is a fund raising event for the Alabama War Dog Memorial that will be placed in Mobile. Wade will be sharing the story of Little Joe at this event.
